The essence of PrintWonders lies in our love of designing and creating. We started by designing our own pieces, experimenting and learning every step of the way. FAQ
How long does it take to ship my order ?
Orders take between 2 and 5 days to ship. This includes printing time when the deckbox is not in stock, painting, assembly, drying and let’s not forget quality control :).
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
At PrintWonders, your satisfaction is our priority. Simply send us a request with a photo and we’ll reship your parcel as quickly as possible.
Can I customize my deckbox?
The personalization option is available via the personalization form on each product. Depending on the type of personalization (motifs on the box or simply on the medallions), the cost is directly presented to you. Once you’ve sent us your details, we’ll proceed to customize your deckbox according to your instructions. Before production, a 3D rendering will be sent to you for validation by e-mail. Once validated, your order will go into production.
